The program dramatically reduces staffing costs while providing end users with a multitude of services and information. Immediate response capabilities have been built into Gold Crown's systems to ensure customer satisfaction and to exceed their expectations. Ease and speed of use will always remain foremost in developing future Company applications. Development is ongoing. Gold Crown's goal is to create a web experience that inspires confidence, responds to member needs and is the most technologically advanced available. The Company currently has implemented live chat rooms for assistance from our customer service staff, member exchange boards, live stream videos and virtual tours.
